INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer a refund if the order was delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we can reship your order once you confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
INCOMPLETE OR MISSING ORDERS
Unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. If you receive an incomplete order, please email us at seawavenaturalss.com with 24 hours of receipt. Attach a picture of the products you received and the original package your order was delivered in. This must be done with 48 hours of receipt to ensure accurate actions are taken. In this case, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost or a partial refund for product(s) will be made.
